Reservation

We operate on 100% reservation system in order for the guests to fully relax in our salon. We kindly ask you to make a phone reservation so that we could book the date and time that are most suited to your convenience.

Health Condition

• Those with high blood pressure; cardiac disease; who are pregnant; who is under a physician’s treatment, should see their doctors prior to visiting our salon and /or present a medical statement document. Please inform us of any disease or symptom before receiving the treatment.
• Pregnant women cannot receive any treatments. Those who are 16 to 30 weeks pregnant can only receive only facial treatments that do not use any devices. (We ask that you obtain approval from your doctor in advance.)
• Those who are in the postpartum period can receive our facial treatments about one month after childbirth and body treatments about three months after childbirth.
• Some of our treatments cannot be offered to those who are breastfeeding. Please contact our staff for details.
• We may not be able to offer, or may have to change, some of the treatment according to the guest’s health or skin condition. We ask those having menstruation to refrain from using the spa and sauna.

Please note

• We do not accept visitors under the age of 16. We also ask not to accompany anyone under the age of 16.
• Those with tattoos are not allowed to enter the salon.
• We ask for the guest’s signature on the Service Agreement Document prior to offering our treatment. We will not offer our service in case there is any false information filled out in this document.
• Those acting or voicing something contrary to common sense to other guests and/or to the staff will be requested to leave the salon upon immediate termination of the treatment, and shall not be allowed to visit us again.

Please notify us of the need to change the reservation or cancellation by 18:00 one day before. Please note that cancellation beyond this time will incur a cancellation fee.

Check-in time will be informed over a phone or e-mail after the reservation has been fixed. Check-in time will be different depending on whether the Vital Spa is used or not.

Please be informed that the treatment time will be shortened in case when the guest arrives late.

• Those using the spa should check-in at 40 minutes before the start of the treatment.
• Those we are not using the spa should check-in at 20 minutes before the start of the treatment.

Valuables

We ask the guests to keep the valuable items with them at all time, as we will not be responsibility for any loss of items inside the salon.

Cell phones and cigarettes

We ask the guests to refrain from using cell phones inside the salon, except at the front desk area. Smoking cigarettes and eating or drinking food brought in by guests is not allowed.

Photo Taking

Taking pictures inside the facility is basically not permitted.

The Vital Spa

In our spa courses, salt bath and low-temperature mist sauna are available for the guests to use them in private.
Using the spa before the treatment warms the body to induce metabolism and brings out a better aesthetic and slimming effect.

• Please remove eyeglasses, accessories, underwear, etc. Bathing suits are not allowed in the spa.
• The Vital Spa is for private-use only. Only one guest can use the spa at one time.
• The Vital Spa can be replaced with shower or footbath. If you do not wish to use the Vital Spa, please tell to the staff at the time of booking.
• There are some treatment courses that do not include the Vital Spa. Please check the courses prior to your booking.
• The Vital Spa is also available in the men’s treatment room.

If you do not wish to use the Vital Spa, please tell to the staff at the time of booking. The Vital Spa can be replaced with shower or footbath.
